System integration
What is system integration?
System integration is connecting software so that systems such as your CRM, accounting and ERP exchange data automatically instead of someone retyping it.
It usually happens through an API: a fixed entry point a system opens up to other software. An order from your web shop then appears in your accounting automatically, and a new lead reaches your CRM without an export. We build those connections for you under connecting your systems. See which approach fits your systems with our integration chooser.
For a single connection between two systems, a direct API integration is often enough. If you connect more systems, a central integration layer (middleware) is easier to maintain than a web of loose connections.
System integration is also the foundation for AI: an AI agent is only useful when it can reach your customer, order and financial data. See how we approach AI automation.
