Innoworks was founded by builders, not by advisors. We help growing SMBs put AI to practical use: working software, fixed price, live in weeks. No endless projects, no buzzwords.
The story
How it began.
- Early 2023
It started with ChatWorks.
Tijn and Twan saw early where AI was heading and launched ChatWorks: smart AI chat for businesses, from lead generation and service to internal information and efficiency. Two builders with the technical chops who would rather make than meet.
- Early 2024
Joost joins, forces combined.
Through Innomads.nl we got to know Joost. After working together for a while, we combined forces as Innoworks. Three founders, one conviction: AI has to work on the floor, not on a slide.
- After that
From chat window to business system.
Clients wanted more than a smart chat. They wanted to know where AI actually pays off, and then see it built. The work grew into AI audits, agents that take over tasks, custom AI inside existing systems, and eventually the AI Operating System: one layer across all your business data.
- Across borders
Enschede as home base, Europe as our patch.
The head office stayed at the Hoedemakerplein in Enschede, next to the University of Twente and the talent it produces. Amsterdam and Berlin followed, locations where we receive clients by appointment and where we join the table when the work calls for it.
- July 2026
Innoworks Rotterdam opens.
Joël van der Hoeven founds Innoworks Rotterdam with us and becomes co-owner. Our second staffed office, at Westblaak 90, with Joël as the familiar face for entrepreneurs in the Rotterdam region. One point of contact, from the first conversation through to the technical delivery.
