United Lease is an independent leasing advisor based in Oldenzaal. We built a WhatsApp AI agent that handles new enquiries fully automatically: intake, document recognition and lead qualification, connected directly to their Tribe CRM.
The challenge
United Lease is an independent leasing advisor: a close-knit team that guides clients personally and compares leasing applications for vehicles, equipment and machinery across multiple financiers. The promise is clear, you get a dedicated advisor right away, no call centre and no queue. But with a lean team and growth ambitions, every new enquiry comes in through different channels, and the first contact, requesting documents and qualifying a lead means manual work every single time.
The solution
We built a WhatsApp AI agent that takes over the first contact entirely. A prospect sends a message and the agent runs a natural intake conversation: it asks the right questions, recognises and reads the documents provided, and determines whether the application is promising. The connection runs through the Bird API on WhatsApp Business and writes the qualified lead automatically into Tribe, United Lease's CRM.
