The application process
No CV bingo. Just show us what you can do.
We don’t look at CVs full of buzzwords. We want to see what you can do.

A short email or LinkedIn message. What you have done, why you want this work, and ideally a link to something you are proud of (GitHub, side project, blog or little script, does not matter).

Intro chat
Half an hour over coffee in Enschede or online, to see whether it clicks on both sides.

Trial assignment
A task that resembles our actual work. Not to filter you out with a trick, but to see how you work, think and communicate along the way.

Closing conversation
With Tijn and Twan. Does it feel right on both sides? Then we arrange the rest within a week.
