Victa
Victa wanted clarity fast: where is the greatest impact in Finance and HR, and is there a basis for a partnership. So we ran a 5-day embedded pilot on-site.
In 5 days from "we see opportunities" to "this is the direction"
Victa saw potential for AI and automation in Finance and HR, but wanted to take a pragmatic approach. First prove where the gains are, which use case is promising enough to build, and whether there is a basis for a broader partnership (up to a partnership or joint venture).
The approach
We worked on-site and in co-creation with the process owners. The pilot followed a fixed flow:
Explore and analyse: interviews, process observations, bottlenecks and data checks
Co-creation and PoC: iterative building and daily validation with Victa
Deliver and decide: demo, documentation, training and a roadmap with priorities
Importantly, the goal was not "to kick off a large programme", but to build speed, clarity and confidence by working together and testing real processes.

Process analysis of Finance and HR including bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
A first working AI or automation solution as a PoC
Documentation, a guide and training for the team
A roadmap for next steps towards production and scaling up
