As an AI Trainer / Workshop Facilitator you are essential in making sure our clients can use Innoworks.ai’s AI solutions effectively and realize their maximum value. You are responsible for designing and delivering engaging and informative AI workshops and training. You have the ability to translate complex AI concepts into understandable language for a broad audience. You develop comprehensive training material and adapt your teaching methods to different learning styles.
What you will do
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive workshops and training programs on various AI topics, including the use of specific AI agents and tools.
- Create comprehensive training material, including presentations, user manuals, hands-on exercises and assessment tools.
- Assess clients’ training needs and tailor the content and teaching methods to their specific requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they can effectively apply their newly acquired AI skills in their day-to-day work.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in AI and translate them into relevant and practical training content.
- Facilitate interactive learning environments and encourage active participation from trainees.
What we look for in you
- Demonstrable experience in training, teaching or knowledge transfer, preferably in a technology-related field.
- A strong foundational knowledge of fundamental AI concepts and their practical applications in business.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
- The ability to explain complex technical information in a clear, concise and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for empowering others through knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
