AI readiness
What is AI readiness?
AI readiness is the degree to which an organisation is ready to use AI meaningfully: the right processes, accessible data, ownership and skills.
An organisation is AI-ready when it has processes with enough volume or lost time to deliver something, the data for those processes is digital and accessible, each process has an owner and employees are sufficiently AI literate.
If one of those four is missing, that is no reason to wait, but it is where you start. A scan gives a first picture; an AI audit shows per process what it delivers.
How we map AI readiness and opportunities is covered under the AI audit.
