AI literacy
What is AI literacy?
AI literacy is your employees’ ability to understand AI, use it sensibly, and assess the results critically; since the AI Act it is also a legal obligation.
AI literacy is more than being able to operate a tool. It is understanding what an AI system does, where the limits lie, when you can trust an outcome, and when you need to check it. A team that masters that gets more out of AI and makes fewer blunders with it.
Since the AI Act it is no longer optional either: organisations that deploy AI must ensure their people are sufficiently AI literate. What started as a good idea has thereby also become a requirement.
The practical route there is usually a combination of an AI workshop and AI that is built into the work so well that good use comes naturally. Knowledge plus the right tools, not one without the other.
