TIBN wanted to know where AI adds value directly in their work: less time spent on repetitive tasks, faster documentation, and a smarter approach to project information, without it becoming a gimmick.

The approach

We delivered a tailored training session with plenty of hands-on practice. The focus was on real tasks from their day-to-day work:

• Setting up and reviewing technical documentation faster

• Structuring and summarising project information (notes, reports, handovers)

• Building reusable prompt templates for recurring tasks

• Clear do's and don'ts: what you can rely on, and what you should always check

• 11 colleagues trained as prompt engineers who can drive adoption internally

• Practical tools to apply AI directly in daily workflows

• Certificates awarded on completion
