AI in government, less complex than you'd think

AI is everywhere, but how do you apply it safely within government?
The municipality of Twenterand wanted to introduce its employees to the possibilities of AI without making it too complicated. Because technology only becomes valuable once people understand it and feel confident using it.

From abstract to applicable.
In an interactive session we introduced policy officers, communications advisers and administrative staff to the world of AI. Not with buzzwords, but with concrete examples, safe boundaries and smart prompts that are immediately usable in their work.

From prompt to process accelerator.
Participants learned how AI can help with writing policy texts, summarising documentation, answering questions and structuring information. All at their own level, without technical barriers.

Result: awareness and enthusiasm.
The training made AI understandable and relevant. Employees went home with practical insights and the tools to get started themselves right away: safely, smartly and tailored to the public sector.
