The question

In real estate teams, AI often raises the same question: what can we really do with this, without it becoming a gimmick? Aroundtown wanted no theory, but approaches that help directly in their day-to-day Asset & Property Management work.

The approach

We ran an interactive workshop with one goal: learning by doing. The structure:

• Basics: what AI is and where it is and isn't strong

• Prompting as a skill: role, task, context, examples and iterative improvement

• Practising on real tasks: property reports, tenant questions, contract analysis and internal communication

• Wrap-up: sharing the best prompts (Prompt Trophy) and gathering ideas for possible automations

The result

• The team can use AI as a practical thinking aid and writing assistant, without technical hassle

• Directly applicable prompt structures for recurring tasks

• More confidence to work with it, because everyone practised it live
