Snelder Zijlstra uses a secure tenant portal for structured data collection. Dynamic intake per tenant profile, one central overview, and full control over security and GDPR.
The challenge
When collecting tenant data, Snelder Zijlstra ran into a familiar problem. Depending on the tenant profile, different documents are required (salaried, self-employed, retired), but in practice this turns into a mix of loose emails, attachments and manual checklists. The result: inconsistent intake, little overview and a lot of follow-up work.
Security was a hard requirement here. Data had to be visible to staff, but not freely downloadable. And the process had to fit within GDPR and internal guidelines.
