Case study
LAB63
LAB63 wanted strategic projects to run faster and more consistently. We built an agent workflow that automatically prepares research, synthesis and reporting from the kick-off onwards.
The challenge
At LAB63 the bottleneck sat in the strategic phase. Lots of input, lots of research, lots of scattered documents, and as a result it often took days or even weeks before there was usable advice on the table. They wanted to move faster, without sacrificing depth or quality.

The solution
We built a modular n8n workflow that supports the project from intake to reporting.
Here is how it works:
The kick-off is automatically transcribed (e.g. via Fireflies) and triggers the flow
The briefing and sources (including SharePoint) are retrieved and pre-structured
5 specialist researcher agents investigate in parallel: Brand, Market, People, Society, Media
A "strategist" agent produces the synthesis: challenges, insights and jobs-to-be-done
A "copywriter" agent turns this into a clear strategic report in the right tone of voice
The output is saved and the people involved are notified automatically
Importantly: AI does the heavy preparatory work. The strategist remains responsible for choices, nuance and creativity.
The result
Typically 3 to 5 days of strategy work saved per project (value €3,000 to €5,000)
Consistent output following the same structure and methodology
More time for challenging, creativity and sharp choices
Scalable: extra experts or new agents are easy to add later
What the client says
"A great example of how AI does not replace strategic work but strengthens it. And in minutes, what used to take days."
