In het Veld wanted to get value out of conversations without extra admin. We built an AI workflow that automatically stores, transcribes and turns conversations into action points.
The challenge
At In het Veld, important signals sit inside customer conversations and internal meetings. The trouble is, those insights often vanish into scattered notes, or get processed by hand afterwards. That takes time, is error-prone and hard to scale.
The solution
We set up a workflow with Fireflies.ai that automatically:
Stores conversations and makes them centrally available
Transcribes them into searchable text
Analyses them into clear summaries, action points and points of attention
For area managers this means: after every conversation, a report that you mostly just need to validate, so you can follow up faster.
For management this means: a separate management layer that surfaces strategic signals, such as recurring issues, operational bottlenecks or new procurement needs.
Integrations, handled pragmatically
Ideally the insights would flow straight into FacilityApps, but there is no publicly available API for that (yet). So we chose a pragmatic approach: AI prepares everything, and in the early phase someone validates the output before it is pushed through.
